Every plan includes a free trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying. No amount is charged during the trial period.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you are charged twice for the same period, or charged after a failed activation, the extra amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of verification.
Advertising spend on Meta, Google or any other ad network is billed by those platforms directly and is outside the scope of this policy.
Email support@realadson.ai from your registered email address with your payment reference. We respond to all refund requests within 3 working days.
