The platform provides AI-assisted tools for audience research, ad copy, creative generation, landing pages, campaign management, lead management and analytics. AI-generated content is produced automatically; you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing it.
Campaigns run through your own advertising accounts (such as Meta or Google). Advertising spend is billed by those platforms directly to you and is separate from your platform subscription. You must comply with the advertising policies of each platform on which your campaigns run.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, deceptive or harmful advertising, to misrepresent your business, or to upload content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans renew automatically per your billing cycle. AI generation credits reset monthly and unused credits do not carry forward unless stated otherwise in your plan. See the Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific advertising results, lead volumes or revenue outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.
